5 tips before you go surfing
1. Observe the ocean for several minutes to understand the size and rhythm of waves, currents...
If in doubt ... ask for advice!
2. Identify the most suitable location for your level, taking into account the tidal cycle.
3. Check your equipment (leash, derivatives, wax, wetsuit ...) and choose the right board for the conditions and your level.

5. Surfing is a sport that requires a lot of effort, so be fit, hydrated and protected (sun creams).
How does
work?
When the tide rises, the waves pass over the sandbanks and fill the basin with water. When the level of water discharged into the baine is greater than the level of the ocean, a strong current is created that draws the water out to sea. Once the water levels between the baine and the ocean have equilibrated (high or low tide), the currents diminish sharply.
